**After customs clearance is completed,you can track the logistics information.

- Customers can choose which shipping services they want to use for their order freely, but do keep in mind that APEXTIME is not responsible for the shipping services’ delivery time. There might be delays in shipping for many different reasons.It might take longer time by the Custom clearance and Post office.
- Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.

* Oversized shipping surcharge may apply if the final package size/weight is exceed the original weight quoted at checkout. We will contact the receiver if addtional shipping charge is required upon dispatch.

DISPATCH

Once your order payment is confirmed, we aim to dispatch your in-stock item within 3-5 business days. Orders are shipped directly from our China warehouse.

If you're not home at the time of delivery, the delivery man may leave a card with pickup details from your local post office/collection point.

RETURN&REFUND

All returns/exchange enquiries must be received by APEXTIME within 14 days of you receiving your goods at your nominated delivery address.
